During his career, Principal Attorney William T. Morton handled contract negotiation, litigation and day-to-day operational matters for many of Zurn Industries’ construction divisions. Attorney Morton also helped facilitate Bush Industries’ move to the Erie region, successfully representing the company interests in real estate acquisition, subdivision, zoning, land development, environmental compliance, Pennsylvania Economic Development financing and construction contract issues. He was also instrumental in securing a LERTA tax exemption for Bush while working cooperatively with local governments.

Morton also at one time built houses alongside his late father, well-known Millcreek Township contractor William C. Morton, and maintained a real estate license.
